Think about it, are there habits that only crop up when you are stressed? If so, make a mental note, or even better a list, so you are more aware and less likely to revert to bad or useless habit in the future. If your relationship can handle it ask your bride to help. Share with her what you see as stress-related habits and ask her to lovingly nudge you when she sees those habits in the future.
