Dog … cat -or- Dog … pile?

This little game can be a good way to pass the time, have a good laugh, and maybe learn a bit more about each other.

One of you says a word, the other responds with a second word(s) that logically fits with the first.  Then the person who gave the word adds they second word they thought of.  However, rather than doing the obvious, try for a second word that is logical to you, but less obvious to your spouse.

For example:

Dog … pile
Red … Sox
Light … speed
