Mistakes are inevitable; if you try to do things, you will make mistakes, and not trying is the ultimate mistake. Learn to see mistakes as part of the process of finding better ways to do things. Do not try to hide your mistakes or down play them. Own them, deal with them, and go on. How you deal with mistakes says far more about you than the mistakes ever will.
